Third Party Administrative Services for the HealthSelect of Texas® and the Consumer Directed HealthSelectSM Plans under the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program

Description: To seek proposals from qualified entities to provide health care administration (claims processing, network management, utilization review and other services as described in the RFP) for the HealthSelect of Texas (HealthSelect) and Consumer Directed HealthSelect (CDHS) Plans. HealthSelect is a self-funded, managed care, point-of-service health plan. CDHS is a high-deductible health plan whose participants access the HealthSelect network. The CDHS Plan is paired with a health savings account. Administration of the health savings account is not included in this solicitation. ERS will select only one (1) vendor to provide the described third party administrative services for both the HealthSelect and CDHS Plans.
Date: The RFP was published on April 11, 2023. RFP Addendum No. 1 was published on May 24, 2023.

Well-Being Program RFP under the Texas Employees Group Benefits Program

Description: To seek proposals from qualified entities to provide well-being (physical, emotional, mental, financial, and social well-being) services for certain state employees including their dependents. The services shall incorporate various methods to facilitate participant engagement in all state agencies with a well-being platform and mobile application that is accessible via web browsers and mobile devices with information and integrated applications that support well-being through lifestyle and behavioral changes. ERS will select only one (1) vendor to provide these services.
Date: To be available on or around June 7, 2023.
