In addition to other great content, your Digital Only package now gives you access to the popular, online Les Mills workout classes you can do at home. Join the Fitness Program’s Digital Only option for only $10 per month with no enrollment fee. 

And, if you’re ready to go to a gym facility near you, the Fitness Program offers four packages to choose from:

Remember: fitness is only one part of the health equation

While staying active plays a major role in our overall health, there are a few other habits we can build to improve our health even more. Remember to: 

  • Prioritize sleep. Get enough of it and keep a consistent schedule. Getting seven to nine hours of sleep each night will help you have the energy you need to have a great day.
  • Keep a healthy diet. What you eat matters! Try to eat a balanced diet, including protein, fiber, carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. And don’t forget to hydrate by drinking water throughout your day.
  • Don’t smoke and limit alcohol. Smoking and drinking too much are often unhealthy coping mechanisms that make you feel worse in the long run. Many people find that as they prioritize their health by sleeping more, eating better and getting more physical activity, it’s easier to avoid smoking and drinking. 
  • See your primary care provider (PCP) regularly. Annual wellness check-ups with your PCP will help you identify what you’re doing well and what you need to work on.
