Help with Scheduling a COVID-19 Vaccine
Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is an important step toward keeping yourself and your family healthy.
For help scheduling a COVID-19 vaccination in your area, sign up with the new Texas Public Health Vaccine Scheduler in one of two ways:
- Call (833) 832-7067 any day of the week, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time.
Spanish language and other translators are available to help callers.
- Or, visit GetTheVaccine.dshs.texas.gov.
Once you’ve signed up, you will get an email or text about when and where to get the vaccine. If the vaccine is not available at a clinic near you, you will be directed to another place to get it.
Anyone age 80 or older with valid identification may visit any local vaccine provider with or without an appointment to get a vaccine. To find a local vaccine provider or find out what forms of ID are accepted, call 2-1-1.
