DIR Approved Statements of Work

Section 2157.0685(b)(2) of the Texas Government Code and Texas Administrative Code Section 212.41(c) require that upon approval and execution of a statement of work (“SOW”) by the Department of Information Resources (“DIR”), the SOW will be posted on the initiating agency’s internet website in its entirety, subject to the exceptions in the Texas Public Information Act and opinions of the Office of the Attorney General.
