Professional Audit Services (Financial Opinion) RFQ
Description: The purpose of the RFQ is to select a qualified firm with substantial experience in auditing retirement or pension plans to provide professional audit services.
Date: The RFQ was published on October 9, 2024.

Call Center Services RFP
Description: The purpose of the RFP is to select a qualified entity to provide call center services. ERS requires a customer service team dedicated to its call center operations to respond to and resolve members’ customer service and benefits-related needs.
Date: The RFP was published on September 11, 2024.

Dental PPO/HMO RFP
Description: The purpose of the RFP is to contract with a qualified entity to provide the following services under the Texas Employees Group Benefits Plan in accordance with Chapter 1551 of the Tex. Ins. Code:
- A dental preferred provider organization plan (State of Texas Dental Choice PlanSM), a self-funded plan; and
- A dental health maintenance organization plan.

Actuarial Audit Services RFP
Description: The purpose of the RFP is to select a qualified firm to provide actuarial audit services to review the work of ERS’ insurance actuary.
Date: The RFP will be published on or after January 6, 2025.
Board Meeting Management Service Request for Offers (RFO)
Description: The purpose of the RFO is to select a qualified entity to provide a fully hosted, cloud-based SaaS solution for the ERS Board’s meeting management requirements.
