Contracts Subject to TGC 2261.253

Texas Government Code Section 2261.253 requires the posting of specific ERS contracts either in the Legislative Budget Board (LBB) database or on ERS’ own website. Most of the relevant contracts are subject to and thus posted pursuant to the LBB-posting requirements. The contract below is not subject to the LBB- posting requirements due to its contract value and therefore not posted in the LBB database. Thus, to comply with Texas Government Code Section 2261.253, ERS is providing the applicable contract’s information here.
