History of Group 4 Retirement Gain-share Values

Group 4 members and retirees receive gain-share when the five-year average investment return on the ERS Retirement Trust Fund exceeds 4%. ERS calculates the gain-share by subtracting 4% from the five-year average return percentage and dividing the difference by 2.
