RSV vaccine now available at 100% before deductible for age 60-plus

The respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a common respiratory virus. Although it usually causes only mild, cold-like symptoms, RSV can be serious. Older adults are more likely to develop severe RSV and need hospitalization. For participants in HealthSelect of Texas^® medical and prescription drug plans, including Consumer Directed HealthSelect^SM, the RSV vaccine is available to protect older adults, young children and some infants and is covered 100% from in-network providers.
