We’re on the road again: Join us for a Summer Enrollment fair

It’s time for Summer Enrollment and that means we’re hitting the Texas highways!

We hope to see you in person at one of our many fairs. If not, we’ll catch up with you during a live webinar. If you can’t attend either, we’ve also got on-demand presentations to watch at your convenience.

Summer Enrollment events are where you can learn about benefits and changes for Plan Year 2024. During the two-week Summer Enrollment phase assigned to you, you can change medical plans, enroll in a new plan, add a dependent or drop coverage.

Whichever way you choose, you can ask questions directly to ERS and representatives of your benefits plans. You can find the fair and webinar schedule posted on the Enrollment Events Calendar. It also will be in the Summer Enrollment guide you get in the mail before your enrollment phase. You can attend any fair on the calendar, even if it's not at your agency or institution. Please check the online calendar regularly for updates.
